Science Editing - Times and prices
We will ensure that your edited document is returned within 7 days (Standard Service). We additionally offer an Express Service with a guaranteed turnaround time of 48 hours following receipt.
The following charges apply: £9 (GB Pounds sterling) per 250 words of text (excluding Bibliography) for Standard Service or £17 (GB Pounds Sterling) per 250 words of text (excluding Bibliography) for Express Service.
An alternative option is the hourly charge at: £30 per hour for Standard Service or £50 per hour for Express Service.
A basic charge of £15 is levied to cover technical costs of handling each document, irrespective of document length or type of service provided. All new clients are offered a 10% discount on the first manuscript sent for editing. To try out our science editing services, you are welcome to send an initial sample of 200 words, which we will edit at no charge.
Once you are satisfied with the final version of the manuscript, please ensure that payment is sent within 7 days of receiving an invoice. Payment is accepted via PayPal (a fast and secure online system that accepts major credit and debit cards) or direct Electronic Bank Transfer. Clients do not need a PayPal account to pay, and the process takes only a few minutes. The invoice will contain all the necessary bank transfer information and the PayPal link for those wishing to use the system. Please note that clients are responsible for any extra charges incurred during direct bank-to-bank transfers.
